‘Survivor: Edge of Extinction’ is the 38th season of the popular show, ‘Survivor.’ This season featured four returning players, David Wright, Kelley Wentworth, Aubry Bracco and Joe Anglim. The four veterans were split down the middle, with David and Kelley on the Manu tribe and Joe and Aubry on the Kama tribe. The rest of the cast consisted of rookie players, playing for the first time. The twist this season was that players who were voted out found out that they would be given a second chance to remain in the game, if they wanted to take it. Should they choose to do so, they would go to the Edge of Extinction, where they found they would have very little to live off of. When there were supplies available, the players had to work hard to get them. However, Edge of Extinction also had advantages for the players to find as they worked to win their way back into the game.
